Edward “Woody” Davis Jr., is a native Baltimorean who currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer with the City of Baltimore Police Department. He has over 30 years serving both federal and local governments as CIO/DCIO – AmeriCorps, IT Branch Chief – Department of Homeland Security, Director of IT Services, Integration and Operations Manager - Sylvan Prometric, and Army Officer. He has a Master Certificate for Project Management from George Washington University (GW), PMP Certification, attends Johns Hopkins University, and had his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). He currently leads the Baltimore Police Department in technology modernization to support both Police Reform and a Federally Mandated Consent Decree.
